Canadian scientists asked 28 study participants to view photos of people coughing and sneezing… and then they tested their blood. The result? Their white blood cells contained 24% more cytokines – the proteins that improve immune response. They believe it’s an automatic defense to help you keep from catching whatever the sick person’s got.
