So, go for a hike, or take a yoga class and put your mat next to theirs. Because when we can smell the sweat of positive people, their chemicals influence us and activate positive feel-good brain chemicals in us. In fact, in a study at Utrecht University in the Netherlands, people exposed to the sweat of happy people smiled more themselves… and those who were exposed to the sweat of negative people frowned more.
