Breakfast really IS the most important meal of the day. In fact, new research from Harvard University found skipping breakfast raises your risk of heart disease and heart attack by as much as 27%. And doing that can lead to weight gain, hypertension, high cholesterol, and Type 2 diabetes, all of which are risk factors for heart disease.
