…but which of these things do you fear the most: Losing your hearing, your memory, your ability to see, losing a limb, or losing the ability to talk?
According to a poll conducted by a nonprofit health research group, the thing we fear the most is going blind.
88% of people consider being able to see “vital” to their overall health… And nearly half of the respondents said losing their sight would have the biggest effect on their day-to-day life and their ability to be independent. And going blind was ranked worse than losing hearing, memory, speech or a limb.
