To keep your brain from aging – all you need is a 10-minute walk. The brain-enhancing benefits of exercise don’t come from a grueling workout. You just need to elevate your pulse above normal for 10 minutes at a time. Ideally, you want 120 minutes of exercise a week. Get that, and in a year, you’ll have a bigger hippocampus, the area of the brain responsible for memory.
