Would you try this French diet? It’s called “Le Forking!” The basic rule is: You can eat whatever you want, as long as you can do it with only a fork. No spoon, knife or fingers. Think about it… that eliminates spreads, snacks, soups, sandwiches, pizza, and burgers. So what does that leave you to eat? Things like salads, eggs and stir-fry.
And yes, using a spork is le cheating.
