Here’s a tip to stay warm this winter.
Before you get dressed in the morning – warm your socks in the dryer – or put your shoes by the radiator. Feet are harder to keep warm because when we’re cold, our body reduces blood flow to our extremities to keep our vital organs warm. But our feet act like a thermos – if they start off cold, they’ll stay cold. If they start off warm, they’ll have a better chance of staying warm. So warm up your socks or shoes before leaving the house.
