Try this super easy move to improve your bone health: Jump. And do it barefoot on a carpeted area. Simply jumping 10 times, twice a day, is all it takes to decrease your risk of osteoporosis.
But you can’t just jump up-and-down 10 times in a row. You need to jump once every 30 seconds. So jump, spend 30 second doing some arm work with light weights, then jump again. The jumping stresses your bones and makes them build up mineral density to protect themselves. Do those 20 jumps a day, and in 4 months you’ll significantly increase your bone strength.
