But here’s what nobody tells you… You’re going to have to eat less and exercise more than somebody else your size to keep the weight off, permanently. That’s because our bodies hate losing weight. When we do, our calorie burning becomes less efficient. So, when you go from 180 to 150 pounds, for example, you burn fewer calories throughout the day than your friend who also weighs 150 pounds – but didn’t lose any weight.
