Try this balance test:

Stand on one leg and close your eyes. If you can stand for 30 seconds or longer on each leg without losing your balance, you pass.

If you didn’t pass, you may have issues with motor control. So, before you take on any high-speed sports – like tennis – practice at a slower pace to get your body used to the movements. You’ll be less likely to roll an ankle.
