People who drink between 2 and 7 glasses of wine a week are 32% less likely to suffer from depression. That’s because wine reduces inflammation – and inflammation in the brain has been shown to contribute to depression. Of course, if you think you’re clinically depressed – don’t grab a box of wine and hope it’ll go away.
