If you’re trying to cut back on meat, but still want protein – go for cottage cheese.

It’s the best source of protein besides meat!

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, a cup of cottage cheese has the same amount of protein as a hamburger patty, a small steak or a chicken breast.

Sometimes I like to mix in a few blueberries or some pineapple to sweeten it up a little. Try it, and let me know what you think.
